What makes Red C Tea different from iron pills?

Red C Tea isn’t meant to replace medication or a balanced diet as heme iron is found in other sources such as meats. This red sorghum bi-color plant boosts non-heme iron, hemoglobin and red blood cell production without the constipation, metallic taste, and overall unpleasant experience of taking iron pills. We want you to feel nourished, not sick.

No fillers, no artificial additives, just pure hydrating blood-enriching goodness. Your body will thank you.

How does it taste?

The red color would suggest it's tarte, strong or bitter but you'd be suprised to taste how mild it actually is. It's closer to enhanced water with a slightly earthy subtly sweet after taste.

Can I drink Red C Tea every day?

Red C Tea is designed to be a gentle, daily support for your body, but since it's not medically regulated we would recommend spacing out how often you drink. It is completely non toxic but just like pain killers, you can take it on an as need basis or 2-3x a week.

There is such a thing as having too much high hemoglobin or too high red blood cell production, polycythemia, so we wouldn't reccommend more than one teabag in a day.

Does Red C Tea contain caffeine?

Nope! Red C Tea is completely caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it anytime without worrying about jitters or sleep disruption. It gives a boost of energy through increased blood circulation without the anxiety caffeine sometimes causes

How soon will I notice a difference?

Everyone’s body is different, but many people start feeling more energized and balanced within a few hours or days of consistent use. Since iron levels take time to rebuild, we recommend drinking a cup 2-3x a week, or as needed for the best results.

Is Red C Tea safe during pregnancy?

Red C Tea is made with all-natural ingredients, but if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before adding any new herbal tea to your routine. In west africa, pregnant and nursing women consume this plant in meals such as "watche" from ghana but don't drink it excessively.

We would not recommend this tea to anyone with active heart conditions or worries about blood thinning.

How should I prepare Red C Tea for the best results?

For the loose leaf tea, you can cut up the stalks or boil them in a pot and let it simmer on low het for about 15 mins or longer till the water turns dark red. For an extra iron boost, enjoy it alongside a vitamin C rich fruit.

Foe the teabag pack, steep one tea bag in hot water for 7-10 minutes or leave the bag in the water, the longer it seeps in water the better.
